Future University organized an intensive training course in the field of administrative skills, where the course was divided into several sections. At the end of each section, an electronic test was conducted for participants from different departments and administrators. The exam was held in the central hall within the university campus. The course focused on testing participants' ability to deal with administrative issues that an employee might face during work. Real-life administrative problems were presented, and participants were asked how they would handle and interact with these problems, in addition to assessing their ability to perceive and control the situation. The course lasted for four months under the supervision of the university's Central Quality Department, represented by the Documents, Certificates, and University Orders Department, led by Engineer Nada Amer Abdel Aziz.
